Kitchen amenities include built-in stand alone ice maker, beverage refrigerator, full size wide built in kitchen refrigerator AND pantry refrigerator, 2 kitchen sinks and a pantry sink, 2 dishwashers, Vitamix blender, electric hot water kettle, toaster oven, high quality knives, multiple coffee makers for both drip coffee and pod coffee, large pots, crock pot, organic spices and so much more!

The sun room is not included in the square footage and is a fun gathering space with an indoor, built-in grill, dining seating, outdoor sofa seating and a full set of melamine dishwater for outdoor entertaining.
