Check-in: 4 PM
Check-out: 10 AM
- No smoking
- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- Up to 2 dogs allowed (50 lbs and under) for a pet fee of $50 per pet
- No street parking Nov - April
- Please be aware driveway is steep and during snow/icy conditions, you may need 4x4 to get up the driveway
- Additional fees and taxes may apply
- Photo ID may be required upon check-in
-Vendors have access to the homes on their scheduled day. Service days have the possibility of changing.
-Service days have the possibility of changing and do occur up to two times a week.
-This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adult maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property.
-For your safety and security, there may be public-facing cameras installed on the property.
-Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150 + tax
-Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Please reach out 1–2 days prior to check-in to inquire about pricing and availability.
