This particular unit is perched above the main house, boasting its own private entrance via an upper porch. Inside, you`ll find a fully equipped kitchen complete with a dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, and microwave. The separate bedroom features a brand-new mattress and fresh bedding for your comfort. Entertainment options abound with a Smart TV offering access to Netflix and other apps. The bathroom has been recently renovated, showcasing all-new fixtures, and you`ll enjoy the convenience of heating and air conditioning. Plus, on-site parking awaits you just at the base of the exterior stairs. Whether you prefer bar seating or a spacious dining area, there are various options for you to feel right at home.
While staying with us, you`ll also have access to a shared backyard space, which is occasionally frequented by other guests and their dogs – all are welcome to enjoy it.

Nearby attractions include frisbee golf and Thorpe Park, complete with a children`s playground and tennis courts. The property owner resides on-site, just below your space, and is more than happy to offer suggestions for dining and activities during your stay.
One important note: The exterior staircase leading to the entrance has been recently rebuilt and is well-lit with solar lighting. However, please keep in mind that it may not be suitable for very young children or individuals with mobility issues. If this is a concern, we have ground-level accommodations available in the Aspen and Park Historic Homes that may better suit your needs – feel free to inquire!

This is a second-floor unit so stairs are required and it sits above the owner`s space in the home below. Upon booking, expect a message with a link to our rental agreement.
Our cancellation policy states that a 100% refund will be given up to 30 days before arrival, and 50% refund up to 14 days before arrival. Please note that 4% of any cancellation will be withheld to cover credit card processing fees.

Its near downtown, Great places to go, the Lowell Observatory is near, everything is in walking distance. People are friemdly, not loud. Excellent place.
Quick two night stay. Great location. There are a lot of steps but not a big deal. We walked to dinner which was nice. Bed was comfortable and the snow cap mountain in the background is nice to look at in the morning too.
My husband and I stayed here coming back from our vacation to Montana. It was quiet, close to downtown and within walking distance to a Sunday Farmers Market.
It is very close to the train station, but don’t let that detour you. We never heard the train while sleeping.
All and all it was a very nice place to stay!
The location was great. Walking distance to so many restaurants. It also had air conditioning and a perfect sized kitchen. The size worked out well for myself and husband. The living room allowed for quiet evening of relaxing. There is one bed room with a queen size bed and I would usually complain about that, but it was manageable. The host was also easy to contact and the checkout was a breeze.

Liked: Cleanliness, communication
Disliked: Amenities
I would like to start off with the positives.
The apartment had everything we needed, It was spacious,
and the location was good for walking to stores and restaurants.
Now for the not so good.
Everything seemed real cheap ( picture Ikea furniture that did not match) The floors bounced and no attention to detail. For the price I don't think it was worth it.
We rented a house in Prescott a few days later for a little more and got a 2 bedroom ,2 bath house that was beautiful. I hope this is helpful.
We enjoyed our stay. The location was great ! Walkable to the art show, farmers market and many venues downtown. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. We needed the air conditioning which worked but the window unit was a bit noisy.
Clean , comfortable and well appointed. The location is absolutely perfect for us. Close to downtown, yet also just minutes away from bike trails and a lovely park with exc3hiking.
Cozy little spot, close to all of the downtown life.
The apartment was as advertised. It was so close to all of the restaurants and downtown that we walked everywhere. Easy check in and safe off the street parking.
We loved our stay. The place was perfect and super cute. Very clean and Dan, the host, is great! We have stayed in another one of their rentals and was just as impressed. Every Flagstaff vacation (my son and grand daughter live there) we will stay at one of Dan's rentals, if available.
