We had a good stay at this 3-story condo on the west side of Flagstaff. The location is ideal—close to groceries, Walmart, and the FUTS trail system. Keep in mind it sits right on Route 66, so expect a bit of road noise. It’s very spacious with plenty of bedrooms for a large family, though there are a lot of stairs to navigate given the multi-level layout.Cleanliness & Kitchen:Overall clean. All bedrooms and bathrooms were spotless. A few minor details could be touched up—the balcony floor was clean, but the outdoor chairs were a bit dusty, and there were a few cobwebs. The kitchen is well-equipped with pots, pans, and utensils, but bring your own spices.Management & Communication:This was the main downside. The property is run by a management company in Scottsdale that routes requests to a local team. Because of this, responses were often delayed or non-existent. We asked about using the gas grill in the garage and an early check-in; both times we were told the request went to the local team, but we never got a reply. They did clarify a parking query within a few hours.Tip for future guests: The listing says you have to pay for parking, but parking is actually free.Bottom line: A clean, roomy, well-located base for large groups, provided you don't mind stairs, some street noise, and potential management delays.
