  **Newly renovated**Discover the charm of the Kachina Canyon Overlook Cabin: a cozy, quaint, and affordable three-bedroom retreat. Situated at 7000 feet elevation, it offers fresh air and mild temperatures, just 10 minutes from downtown Flagstaff. Nestled beside a small forested canyon, it promises a cherished escape every year. With its single-level layout and stair-free access, it's ideal for all groups.

*For all stays 10 nights or longer, the cleaning fee will be double the regular amount for a deep clean after guest departure.*

***Home does NOT have a/c but is equipped with central heating for winter months***

-No Parties: We have a strict "No-party policy". Fine of $500.00 and guests will be asked to depart from the home immediately.
-If early check in is available, it is $100 to check in after 1 pm. If late check out is available, it is $100 to check out at 1pm.

Beautiful home but also very cosy & comfortable for our group. The deck out back was great for enjoying the warm weather, barbequing & eating. Host responded quickly when needed. Convenient location for day trips to national parks. Highly recommend!
