Our house sits on a quiet street blocks from downtown, the public library, 2 parks, and Lowell Observatory. It's a mixed use neighborhood of primary residences, rentals and second homes, creating a diverse atmosphere.

2 spots for vehicles in the driveway, summer on-street parking for free, close to the Flagstaff Urban Trail System, and less than a 10 minute walk from the train station and city bus depot.

This Rental unit shares the property with two other rentals. You have your own home and private patio. The front yard and fire pit are shared spaces.
We do allow for well behaved dogs to stay with you with an additional fee. Upon booking, expect a message with a link to our rental agreement.

Our cancellation policy states that a 100% refund will be given up to 30 days before arrival, and 50% refund up to 14 days before arrival. Please note that 4% of any cancellation will be withheld to cover credit card processing fees.
Pet Policy: Pets are allowed with a paid pet fee of $65 for up to a 4 night stay with a maximum of two dogs, no cats. Fees can be higher for longer stays. Please message us for rates.

Supervision and Behavior: Please refrain from leaving your dog unattended inside the home, especially if they tend to be loud or have a tendency to be destructive. We want to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests.

Backyard Enjoyment: Your pet is more than welcome to enjoy the backyard space. Feel free to let them run and play. However, we kindly ask that you clean up after them promptly to keep the area clean and pleasant for all.

Clean-Up Supplies: For your convenience, we've provided bags and a scooper to assist you in cleaning up any messes your pet may make. Proper disposal of waste is important to us, so please use these supplies when needed.
Leash Requirement: When your dog is outside of the house or yard area, they must be leashed at all times. This is to ensure their safety and the safety of other guests and neighbors.
Please respect the other guests in the homes on the property. Please stay out and also keep dogs out of the other yards. Only use the yard areas next to the house you are renting
