Flagstaff Adventure Getaway! Trail Access, Central A/C, New Home Built in 2023!

  • Summary:
    This is a new adventure-themed home built in 2023. Walk or bike from the house to the peaceful pines and fresh air of Mt. Elden, Picture Canyon, and the Arizona Trail.

    Close to downtown Flagstaff, NAU, REI, Snowbowl, sled riding, Continental Country Club, Flagstaff Mall, and historic Route 66.
    Day trips to the Grand Canyon, Sedona, Lake Powell, Glen Canyon Dam, Petrified Forest, Painted Desert, or Meteor Crater.

    The Space:
    Relax on our 2nd story balcony or front porch when not out enjoying all the outdoor activities the area has to offer, or cook a meal in our well-equipped kitchen with all-new stainless steel appliances. The living room features a comfy sectional and a 65” SmartTV, or enjoy our electric console fireplace.

    Our upstairs, mountain-themed bedrooms feature comfortable beds and linens. The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed with an en suite bathroom, while our second bedroom has a queen with a bathroom and shower conveniently located adjacent to the room—each with large-screen smart TVs.

    A door code will be sent to you prior to arrival

    The Neighborhood:
    This is a brand new housing development finished in 2023. You can walk or bike to several trails. At the top of the hill, there is a trailhead with access to the peaceful pines and fresh air of Picture Canyon and the Arizona Trail. Access to Mt. Elden is across the street!

Beautiful place, great location!

We did a lot of exploring during our stay in Flagstaff. As a result, we did not spend a lot of time indoors and only really used this as a place to sleep and shower. It was clean, well stocked and in a convenient location. Perfect for eBay we needed! We appreciate the opportunity to stay here.

Great little house under the mountain.

Great view of the mountain, house had all the accommodations and neccesities for a great trip. Fully stocked kitchen, super clean, shampoo/conditioner in the shower, comfy bed, tvs in all rooms. Will definitely try to come back.

Second time visiting

Stayed here in October 2024 and decided to use the house as our base for our April 2025 trip to.Property has everything you would need plus close access to grocery, mall, and restaurants. This time we explored Lowell Observatory, historic downtown Flagstadf, and day trip to Desert Botanical Gardens in Phoenix. We took 87 on way back so got to see more of Arizona off the beaten path.

What was good: Location was great for us. Easy to get onto I-40 Nice and quiet area We had deer outside the balcony Beds were really comfortable Inside temperature was great since Flagstaff had a heat wave for all 12 days Great great value Opportunities to do better Towels were left in the dryer by house keeping. Good experience in the high pines!

Great place to gather with my adult children. We could have used another chair around the tv. Kitchen was very well appointed and had about anything you need. Stairs to upper level a bit steep but worth the climb as the bedroom is large and well decorated. Eparking. Would stay again!

We had a great time staying in this home! It was so homey and comfortable. It had all the amenities that we needed. We loved the extra touches, such as the games, blankets, charging ports by every bed, and night lights! The location was wonderful for us! We used it as a homebase in Flagstaff. We stayed 2 nights while visiting family in Flagstaff. The home was beautifully decorated and clean. Everything was so convenient and it was very comfortable. We had an issue with the thermostat which was our error. Called Mike and he answered promptly and helped with the issue. Birthday Getaway

We spent 3 nights at this property to celebrate my daughter’s birthday( myself, husband, and daughter) and it was a perfect location to see the sights! The house is in such a pretty location, with big pine trees and views of the mountains. It’s very clean and well appointed and so quiet at night. We also really enjoyed sitting on the porch and watching the storms that were passing through…lots of rain and lightning! Water pressure in the showers was so good, the beds were comfortable, A/C and ceiling fans were great. The only thing lacking is a full length mirror in either bedroom. We didn’t do any cooking but the kitchen had everything you’d need. We used the coffeemaker(grateful for that!) and the tea kettle. The house is very close to groceries and all kinds of take out and restaurants. I would stay here again!
