Downtown Flagstaff Getaway
Great location for staying in Flagstaff. The house is so “Flagstaff” that my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed staying there. Would definitely consider staying here again for our next visit.

Great Communication!
We chose this home for our daughter’s college graduation and the great yard. Well chosen! Todd was easy to communicate with and allowed us to stay over a little extra so we could gather our things. Great place and fabulous location!

Great location, cute house
We enjoyed our time here. The enclosed backyard was great for our pup, the kitchen was well supplied, bed comfy, and living room/fireplace was cozy. The outdoor area (s) be a little more well kept, but other than that, we liked the space.

Downtown stay
This home sits in a quiet area of downtown Flagstaff. It was easy to find and directions to get in were simple. We also enjoyed walking around and exploring many local restaurants and shops. The best part was being able to bring our pup with us. He had a nice back yard to run around in. Overall, we all enjoyed our stay.

Best night sleep every while on vacation. Near downtown. Quiet and dark maging for a great night sleep. Off street parking. Cozy home with great hot water. Nice refrigerator and great stove. We would love to return. Enjoyed sleeping in the loft.

This house was PERFECT for our family and it was so nice being a short walk to all the great shops and restaurants downtown. Todd was an outstanding host, super nice and always responsive. The home was very clean and felt much larger than the listed square footage. We will definitely be staying here again, and highly recommend it to others.

Fantastic trip
My fiancee and I stayed here for a weekend with our dog, and it was great. Perfect location for enjoying the bars and food in town, just a quick walk down the hill and you are there. The house was clean and ready for us on arrival, and appeared as advertised. The fenced backyard was perfect for our dog. We would definitely stay here again.

This property was perfectly listed making it easy for us to know what we were renting. The accommodations made our stay easy by having everything we needed. The location was easy because it was a few minute walk to all things downtown and a close drive to the ski resort. The host made our trip easy with rapid, reliable responses. This was a lovely and easy trip thanks to this rental.

Quiet downtown location
This is a great little house in a quiet area of downtown Flagstaff. Nice enclosed backyard for our pups. We didn’t use the upstairs attic but there is extra space for those with kids.

This was one of the best short term rental properties we have experienced in the past 10 years. Location was perfect- walking distance to restaurants, bars, shops and easy access to highways to travel outside of the city. House was perfect for 2 people and was very well equipped. Lovely backyard deck so one can enjoy the sun and a beverage anytime during the day. We could not have been more pleased with this rental.

Nice house in central Flagstaff
Had a great stay in Todd's house near Old Flagstaff. Walkable to everything you need for a comfortable stay. Great backyard for just sitting in the sun and relaxing. Nice kitchen, comfortable beds and plenty of space to spread out. Highly recommend Todd's place.

We enjoyed this brightly colored little house which we used primarily in the evenings after a day at Grand Canyon. It had a very well equipped kitchen for it's size. The downstairs bedroom was comfy. But the upstairs loft bedroom was short for our 6'2" adult son. We loved the front and back yards natural and rustic vibe and would have used the firepit if we'd returned earlier. The only caution I have is that if your party has a member who has mobility issues then it could be a challenge. The walkway from the parking to the front door is very rocky. The upstairs bedroom would not be suitable either. But for a young to middle age family of 3 to 4 plus a dog it's fun!

Cozy House in Old Flagstaff
We enjoyed our stay. The location was walking distance to many small businesses and restaurants in old town, and we enjoyed just walking in the neighborhood among the houses of yesteryear. The fenced backyard was perfect for our dogs, and the large, shady front yard was a relaxing place for us. The house itself was small, but clean and comfortable, and everything we needed was there...even cable! We would stay there again for sure.

Nice yard for our dogs. Decent size home. Walk to downtown and nearby parks and trails. The only drawback is the very steep steps to the attic bedroom. And no headroom. Good for kids but not another adult.

I’m sorry the house was different than you imagined. I tried to be as detailed as possible in the description so I appreciate you letting me express it again. The attic is short with about 3 1/2 feet on the sides and a little over 6 feet in the middle with pretty steep stairs going up. If adults are aware and are ok leaning over or possibly crawling a few feet, it works. Kids love it There are also a few steps and platforms in the yard that can be steep for small children or small pets. Thank you for booking with us Todd

Fantastic Downtown Flagstaff Bungalow!
This home is 2 blocks from the Flagstaff Courthouse so it is very convenient for walking to downtown restaurants and shops. (And Barks and Brews Festival in our case)The place itself was very clean and comfortable. There was even ground coffee for breakfast in the morning! The backyard was completely gated and perfect for our black lab mix to roam. It was a fantastic weekend overall! Thank you, Todd, for your hospitality! We will definitely book your place again =-)

Cozy Cabin
We liked best being in walking distance to downtown. The cabin inside was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable week long stay. No issues in communications with the owner. The only recommendation we have is to clean up the backyard a little more. I read prior reviews and the warning in the description so we went in with adjusted expectations but I still was a bit surprised by the wasps, the gaps in the fences, the cardboard boxes in the greenhouse, etc. It was nothing we couldn’t live with for a week but the stay would’ve been even better if the yard were more welcoming.

Hello Christina I’m glad the house and location worked for you and your family. Thank you for the feedback on the backyard. I agree. We were able to repair the fence yesterday that had become loose after a strong storm. We will work on cleaning out some of the leftover boxes greenhouse next to the small reading house in the backyard and knock down any bugs. It has become a bit of a default storage area.
