This little motel right on Route 66 is a relic of the golden age of car travel. It doesn't show its age at all - It has been nicely updated featuring clean spacious rooms with good beds. The onsite property managers are friendly and available. The price compares very favorably to national chains that aren't nearly as nice. Go on ahead and take a chance on this independently owned property, you'll be pleasantly surprised.

This property is located right next to downtown and NAU (positive), but there is lots of noise as it is located on the main road. You get what you pay for (prices are skyrocketing in Flagstaff). The room was relatively large and mostly clean, though a bit outdated in some respects. Water pressure was not great, shower head was low, and not a lot of hot water. At check-in, had to wait for staff. Nobody at the desk during check out or when we needed something. Not terrible, but I'd recommend another location if you can afford it.

Being this close to Route 66 isn’t romantic it is loud. They could improve the windows to increase sound proofing
