Spread out and relax, then step into the private backyard for al fresco dining and grilling under the Arizona sky. You`ll love being steps from fantastic hiking trails and less than a 10-minute drive to vibrant downtown Flagstaff for shops, eats, and brews. Ready for mountain fun? This is your spot!

    All 4 bedrooms are located on the second floor of the home. Master bedroom features an en suite bathroom.

    Kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking essentials necessary to prepare a meal!

    Washer & Dryer in home for any laundry needs during your stay with us.

    Backyard is fully fenced for added privacy.

    Our Flagstaff neighborhood, `Lower Greenlaw,` is a fantastic spot! It`s a well-maintained community with a mix of townhomes and is known for being centrally located. You`ll find yourself surrounded by lovely landscaped areas and often enjoy mountain views, especially of Mount Elden. It`s a great balance of residential peace with easy access to everything Flagstaff offers. Plus, you`re super close to Bushmaster Park which has an outdoor gym, dog park, pickleball courts, and more!

The house was a really great fit for my family of 6. Having 4 rooms have the bigger kids could have they're own space. The space AC were too noisy for the kids but they were comfortable enough with the ceiling fans. The rooms were really dark, night lights or dimmable lamps would have helped the kids sleep more comfortably in a new space. We didn't have much time to use the backyard space but it was nice looking. Having extra toilet paper would be nice to not have to worry about. There wasn't any dish soap to hand wash the few cups we used. There was sure and spider webs around the front door and just inside the front door.

We enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfy and everything was very tidy. The patio was very cute and comfortable. We have plenty of room to have a college kids come visit. I will only say that it is advertised as a six minute drive to NAU, however, it took us the minimum of 15 minutes. There was a bit of construction, but not sure how much of a difference that made with time. Other than that, we would definitely book with them again. They were very quick to respond, very polite, and the accommodations were excellent!

The condo is nice and on a quiet street. Sadly we had to curtail our stay and did not get to enjoy the property fully.
