"This is our 3rd time at Scrimshaw Cottage. The cottage is very clean with a well equiped kitchen. Parking available right next to cottage for extra payment. Its perfect for 2 people. Close to beach, pubs, shops etc. Will probably stay again soon!"

"This was our seventh visit to The Flints so we must like it. Brilliant location and parking. Three negative points as mentioned before, Needs a walk in shower as the bath is too deep for older people.Needs wi fi. also needs more comfortable lounge chairs."

"My only thing I would say is maybe the bedrooms need changing aroundDue to low ceiling height in the top bedroom I would change that to the kids room and the double down belowEverything thing else is greatOoh don’t forget to bring bathroom towels as I found outGreat location in fact excellent location"

"The cottage was overall lovely. I did find that the remote controls were filthy & had to disinfect them myself. The seating was very uncomfortable & very well worn but that i felt was understandable as dogs are welcome & therefore furniture does get well used. The parking was not available when we arrived about 6ish. Also the key safe was very difficult to open & while you are inside the cottage the front & back door have to be locked with keys as anyone can walk in i felt this was dangerous from a fire point of view. The shower is fantastic with very good pressure & lots of lovely hot water. The whole cottage is well stocked with everything you might need to cook & have a happy holiday. I bought the issues I had to the notice of both the company who advertises the cottage & the owner especially the 2 staircases having very narrow staris at the top & suggested grab rails to help when carrying things up & down. The company replied with a detailed & kind reply stating what they would be doing with every item I bought to their attention but I had complete silence from the owner."
