"I started for three nights. The location is great. The customer service is consistently excellent. The breakfast is great. The rooms are clean and the beds very comfortable. The front desk will exchange US dollars to soles and give you change any time. So cool. I gave 4 stars because 1) there was an issue with Expedia that they kept calling me to resolve it. 2) I don't care if I stay there again. There's nothing memorable for me there. Just another big hotel."

In addition, the waiter Daniele was accommodative in facilitating my dietary requirements and personable in conversation. This is a great hotel with a very busy front desk."

"We got the opportunity to get a paid upgraded room and ended up on the highest floor in a junior suite with the views of the ocean! Floor to ceiling glass panels and ( slightly tricky to operate) automatic curtains made it magical especially the sunset! Breakfast was well catered for with a variety of food. The beds were super comfortable. Located about a 10 minute to the middle of Miraflores the location was perfect. And it was only about a 6 minute walk to the famed Maido restaurant( review in progress) and about a 10 minute walk to Lacormar shopping mall. The staff were helpful too. Overall a definite choice if you want to stay in Miraflores, Lima"

"Unique interactive opportunities with lots of tours and things to do offered via the property. Very safe with a locked gate to get into the property. Naturally a bit loud due to parties and location in town. Gorgeous historic building but well maintained. Slightly dusty/dirty with some sand in our room and bed, but nothing we couldn’t fix ourselves. Recommend bringing your own drinking water as the carafe provided to us was moldy. Staff was very polite, helpful, and patient with our limited understanding of Spanish."
