"I started for three nights. The location is great. The customer service is consistently excellent. The breakfast is great. The rooms are clean and the beds very comfortable. The front desk will exchange US dollars to soles and give you change any time. So cool. I gave 4 stars because 1) there was an issue with Expedia that they kept calling me to resolve it. 2) I don't care if I stay there again. There's nothing memorable for me there. Just another big hotel."

Naturally a bit loud due to parties and location in town. Gorgeous historic building but well maintained. Slightly dusty/dirty with some sand in our room and bed, but nothing we couldn’t fix ourselves. Recommend bringing your own drinking water as the carafe provided to us was moldy. Staff was very polite, helpful, and patient with our limited understanding of Spanish."
