"Property is at the end of downtown. It is a 2 minute walk to the free Bar Harbor trolley that can take you around town and even to the other side of the harbor. But downtown is all walkable from TugBoat. Our room was attached to the Tugboat which is the restaurant. The rooms are basic but comfortable and the shower has some of best water pressure I have ever experienced. Checkin was a breeze and the staff is very helpful in making sure you know your parking options and how to get to your room They provide a map of the property that has breakfast options around town We never had problems with parking at all. The views from our room were incredible as we were actually staying over the water "

"The bar below us was quite loud in the evening. The balcony overlooked people eating. Views of the Harbor were beautiful. Not a place we would rent again with the young teens, only because of the noise and bar. The rooms were beautiful spacious and what we needed. Great place, just for a different crowd. Thank you! "
