Great location. Opposite woolies, petrol and few mins walk from the main strip with all manner of dining options. The breakfast is really good, starts early and comes with the room. Extremely handy when needing to head out early.

We only had one night at the Alex, but would have loved more! Stylish lobby, a useful common area one floor up, compact comfortable room and walk to everything in Perths CBD. Friendly staff, what more could you want!

Very clean room, friendly staff and cheap however they were quite small rooms and they seemed to be quite noisy hearing people walk past and doors shut from other rooms.
