"Night 2 of my stay, I was awakened by an emergency alarm at 0100 in the morning. No explanation followed to identify the emergency, no follow up to let you know it was safe, just 45 minutes of this loud alarm on and off. Lost power shortly on day 3, leading to elevators not operating, was with 3 of them having people stuck in them. All day, and most of night with no elevator service. Stairways were opened, but lighting was sketchy"

K3's hospitality was amazing and she deserves a big raise for how well she treats visitors and attending to every need while visiting.
