"Upgrades are great but as a person with disability i i was disappointed that there weren’t two ways to the pool, i had to walk so far i could barely make it, there needs to be 2 sides of hotel with access also i couldn’t enter the pool bc of all the steps and disability parking that was near my room . was valet only and that seems unfair when self parking is 20 bucks a night already. Way too much walking for a person just trying to get to their room. If you have no disability, it’s a great place "

"The condo was very clean and as pictured! It was the perfect size for our family of 4. Great location & the beach within walking distance was so calm & relaxing. Ginger is easy to communicate with. Our trip was too short, but we’ll be back soon. We already talked about booking again before we left! "

"The reason I gave low stars is because it’s so far out from everything which is fine but I went during winter months and everything at there resort was closed. No bar, no restaurant, why? Just because it’s winter doesn’t mean people stop eating and drinking. I went for work and only stayed 2 nights and it wasn’t a big deal but as I said it’s not exactly convenient to restaurants n such so I ended up ordering takeout. It was a very nice condo though. Perhaps it would be great in the summer "
