Experience the comfort of this house just outside of the south gate entrance to Yosemite National Park, with a fully equipped kitchen, and spacious living and dining areas. The outdoor deck is surrounded by towering pine trees and a creek runs through the back yard! We provide starter coffee and tea to enhance your stay. Please note the hot tub is available year round and is private for your use only however the hot tub is located below the deck and there is a small apartment occupied by local housekeeping staff, but they do not have use of the hot tub).

*Driveway/Parking area is shared with a lower apartment that is rented to two local housekeepers, no other space is shared.
*Day visitors are not allowed so every person on the property at any time (including children and infants) must be on your reservation. Maximum guest occupancy is 10.
*Please do not try to open locked doors or try to go down the stairs to the owners personal storage.
* Early checkin and Late check out must be arranged in advance and will come with a charge. The Housekeeping company pays their staff by the hour, whether they are cleaning or waiting for guests to leave. In general they charge a fee of $25 per hour to alter the check in or check out time.

We are always quick to respond via the message function on the booking platform. We live only 45 minutes away, so if the need arises we are generally able to take care of any issues during your stay.

The propety is located just minutes away from the entrance to Yosemite National Park. Please note that nearby services are limited and you may want to do your grocery shopping in the town of Oakhurst on your way to the property. There is a small local market in Fish Camp with some basic supplies and the nearby resort Tenaya Lodge has several restaurants open to the public, including a Pizza place just off highway 41.

The thermostat will only allow you to set the temperature between certain minimum and maximum temperature limits. Should you need to exceed these temperature limits there are additional fees.

Please note: some roads from the East, such as Tioga Pass and Glacier Point are seasonal and are closed October through June.

Pack-n-play must be requested in advance.

PLEASE NOTE: Hot Tub is available for use 24/7 but please know that the hot tub servicer may stop by at some point, during daytime hours, to service the hot tub. We also have other service providers (Gardner, pest control etc) who may be outside on the property during daytime hours, from time to time.

You will receive a fee request after booking to cover housekeeping expenses. The housekeeping company charges $50 for checkouts on any of these holidays.

PLEASE NOTE: We do not alter our cancellation policy for instances of rain, snow, smoke from fires, failure to get reservations for the National Park or closures to the national park. Please purchase your travel insurance accordingly.

After booking, you will be asked to agree to a rental agreement which restates the policies detailed in this listing.

Lost and Found: All lost and found items will be kept for up to 7 days. Shipping cost and staff time to mail it back will be charged to the guest. The minimum fee to ship an item starts at $50 and may increase depending on shipping cost.
*Quiet time is 10PM-8AM
*Parking for 3 vehicles included (no trailers/boats), any vehicle beyond 3 is $25 per night arranged in advance (based on availability), undisclosed vehicles are $50 per night for the duration of your ENTIRE reservation.
*Any guest not disclosed in advance of check-in will be charged at double the nightly guest charge(plus taxes, $66.90 per night) for the duration of your entire reservation.
*We charge for infants, they should be included in the guest count (county requires accurate guest count) please ensure you have included them as `children` on your reservation, or you will receive a fee request after booking to correct the reservation.
*No refunds for outages beyond hosts control, eg. WiFi, electric, water, etc.
*Smoking/drug use anywhere on or in the property will incur a minimum $100 fee.
*We are unable to allow pets/animals as we have a family member who regularly uses the home and has an extreme allergy. We charge a $500 fee for undisclosed pets/animals to ensure the safety of our family member.
