Very friendly staff who is willing to do the extra step to go further beyond your expectations. The lady who manages the hotel is very nice and even upgraded us free of charge to enjoy our stay. "The room was excellent value for money. It was clean with a great shower and comfortable bed. It had nice touches like a make-up mirror and a nespresso machine. Very handy for Vienna Hauptbahnhof and it had a nice bar area too. Didn't try the breakfast as there were so many places nearby to eat."
