"Stayed overnight for our cruise. Good for overnight or short stays, no close restaurants nearby, used door dash. Hotel is dated and needs some improvement. "

"Had take out menu for Chinese right at the check in desk. Super convenient, we ate in our room after hours of driving. We really didn’t want to go back out. The associates at the desk were very friendly and patient with my questions. Our room was comfortable with an easy chair and desk chair. The king size bed was comfortable and I slept for a long time! The breakfast was very easy to get although there was a crowd of other guests. The process of getting a shuttle to Miami Port was pretty basic. We arranged it at check in when we arrived for the night. The next day we were told to meet a half hour before departure time for the shuttle. We were early and were able to get an earlier shuttle. The traffic at the port was very heavy so we were glad to get there with time to spare. Fortunately the cruise line allowed us on the ship early and here we are enjoying our cold drinks listening to live Caribbean music! Lovin life!!!"

"This was a lovely hotel with a generously sized room. Restaurant was significantly above average for a hotel with a creative menu. My only negatives would be that the front desk staff while efficient were not exactly warm and welcoming, there is inadequate device plug ins particularly at the desk area and the one by the bed did not include USB C. Coffee supplies in room were skimpy. Not enough cream and only 2 pods of regular coffee. Otherwise hotel was very nice. Would stay again. "
