"I understand that it was very busy and we couldn’t get into the room earlier. The staff were nice. Hotel was clean and room comfortable. We enjoyed hanging out at the pool but the chairs were few and far between and not in good condition. They ran out of towels at the pool. The food was good but $5 for a small chocolate bar that was stale was a surprise. Overall it was good but didn’t realize it was in the middle of nowhere. The airport shuttle was great and the option to book the cruise shuttle was excellent. I will be staying here again in March . "
