"This hotel is such a unique experience. We stayed in the junior honeymoon suite with an outdoor hottub and wow the view is breathtaking. We honestly probably didn’t explore Santorini as much as we should have because we couldn’t leave the view. The room is spacious and clean with a comfortable bed and couch overlooking the water. There’s a decent sized mini fridge and mini bar options available. We visited the second week of April, so unfortunately the central air was still working as heat. Luckily they were able to bring us a fan and with the windows open and cool temps at night it worked pretty well. But definitely keep that in mind. The breakfast up at the V lounge was phenomenal! Not only was the view once again perfect, but the service was great and the cooked to order food was perfect. The staff at the hotel was really helpful and accommodating to help book or lookup anything you needed. My only slight negative is the bathroom. There’s a big jacuzzi tub with a rain shower and it is quite difficult to get in and out of. I would hate for someone with less mobility to struggle getting in and out of the shower. The sink area is very small and just not super practical. But again with a view like that no ones spending too much time inside. "

"Excellent experience for our family with three teenage kids. Very attentive staff, attentive to our needs 24x7. Very good food and more than ample breakfast included. Very clean facilities, pool and hot tubs. Our experience at the Royal Suite was exceptional. "

"We love our room. Christina was very helpful and the other guy. She was fast in communication. We also got picked up and drop-off at the airport from their services for a reasonable fee. Also when we decided in the morning that we needed to rent a car, she was able to get that car for us ready by 1000. Everyone involved was very helpful. My family was very happy during our stay. We stayed at the family suite with caldera view. "

"The hotel is situated on the southern end of Fira. An easy 5 minute walk to the Alantis Hotel which is at the heart of Fira and a great spot for pics. It is importantly just an easy 10 minute walk from the Fira bus stop with suitcases. We used the public bus to and from the airport saving us a small fortune as the taxis are expensive on the isle. I used the pool and its 3 strokes per arm end to end. Breakfast represents great value for your expenditure. Its humble surrounds are blown away by the view of the Caldera. Staff were lovely. The chief reception lady was very cool and made me laugh inwardly each day with her vibe. I broke a cup at breakfast and it was dealt with efficiently as if nothing happened. Good value with great views and ideal for those using the bus. "
