Search Fiordland National Park Cabins

"I stayed in a private room with shared bathroom. Given the inexpensive price, I was a bit concerned about what I might find. It was great! I got there after the office was closed, but they had arranged for me to get my key late and a map to my room, and it went smoothly. Pillows were fluffy, linens were good quality, and everything was clean. Everything in the building was well maintained. It was off season, so I'm not sure if it would be noisy if all the rooms were full, but it was quiet while i was there. The only negatives were that the kitchen was closed, so i couldnt prepare food, or at least i couldnt find an open kitchen. Happily youre a 5 min drive or 15 min walk from restraunts. The dining area was open, pleasant and well maintained. There seems to be somewhat minimal parking, but I may just not have understood where to park. I did find a space near my room."

"Our stay at Kinloch was one of our favorites during our long visit to NZ. The restaurant staff were engaging, the food excellent and the atmosphere for dining and sitting to enjoy the gorgeous lake and mountain views was a wonderful way to start and end each day. It was also nice to stay close to the Routeburn track and Glenorchy, but yet out of town in a quiet sanctuary."
