"The staff is great, but this property needs a refresh. I have stayed in other Barcelo properties and was disappointed in the condition of this one. The furniture in the lobby is dirty and should be either cleaned or replaced. The rooms can use a refresh as well."

"The hotel boasts pools and spa, but both closed early in the evening and were occupied by a private group in the morning. The shower floods the bathroom floor (poor design, nothing was broken). Overall, everything was fine and comfortable, it just wasn’t as luxurious as I’d expected."
