The hotel is in a good location near the river and a walk from the station. When we arrived the lift wasn’t working and we found out that the restaurant wasn’t open in the evening. Tricky when you arrive at supper time. Our room was clean and breakfast was good although you had to figure it out yourself. The lift wasn’t working soon fixed and Monforte is an interesting small town in a lovely area with lots of places to visit.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Central location so main sites within walking distance. Everything very clean and room spacious and modern. Very good continental breakfast. Only downside was the fact that there was no bar or evening meal available.

Second time around... Every thing was great, except; 1). Room was listed as 2 single beds, 1 full bed... It was not! Only one full bed. 2). Requested a room on higher floors & in the back... Got a room in the front
