Staff overall friendly, great with the fact that we spoke English..
Buffet breakfast included in our price was beautiful, and the packed lunch idea was great and very well priced... Very different being part of a hospital but don't worry it's very much a hotel room and no sick people walking around your halls

Close to central, takes 5mins to walk. Room was renovated. Nearly brand new kitchen so you can cook yourself but there was no knife. We asked reception a knife for cooking they gave me cutlery knife. Service should be improved. The building still on renovation process but we did not hear any noise or gave us any inconvenience. I would stay again.
