"Worst staying experience ever with Expedia bookings. When we arrived at the property and opened the front door for the very first time, the hinge at the door fell off and almost hit the head of one of our kids. We didn’t report this almost accident as we were too busy with holiday activities. Then after we left the property, the property manager emailed me telling me that they have charged us for $300 because of the fallen hinge, and some other holes on the wall which were not caused by us. And they charged the fee from my credit card before letting me know. "

The other reviews did have me very worried about our stay but I was very pleasantly surprised. The patio and views were just spectacular. The is no TV upstairs but we actually loved that.
