Staff is always so kind… It’s a huge reason we keep going back. Cleanliness of the hotel isn’t great but when we told the front desk our room hadn’t been vacuumed prior to us checking in, they were on it right away. The towels weren’t replenished in the pool in the morning but otherwise we really enjoyed our stay and will continue to go there when we need a night away. The breakfast buffet was delicious, tons of fresh food constantly being refilled and again, the staff is superb. Beautiful view of the pond from our window.

Came after a festival, late check in, They forgot we needed sheets for the sofa bed, but we got those fast. Took alot longer to check in than I thought for it being 12:30 a.m. Also, they knew it was for 5 adults, but yet only 3 towels were in there and only 1 key card given, didn't worry about as we were just there to sleep a few hours before heading the 3 hours home. Other than that, room was good except the ugly water stains on walls. Bed was decent, pillows were normal hotel flat pillows. Water was super hot, bathroom a nice size. Got a decent night sleep, the free breakfast was actually pretty good. Missed the waffle maker but got pancakes and the muffins weren't DRY. I'd stay there again.
