This looks like the better of the hotels to stay at in Napoleon. The beds were not great, and the non/smoking room smelled of cigarette smoke. When I mentioned the smell at checkout, the staff person said they had a room where a woman smoked a lot, and they weren’t able to get the smell out. As they had other rooms available, I’m not sure why they put me in this room. Otherwise, the day was OK.

The property was well kept and your personnel staff always there to assist, when needed. All in all, a pleasant property all round, and I expected this level of service. We will definitely stay again.

We were in the area for a wedding. The hotel staff members were friendly and helpful. Seemed to be only one staff member there on Sunday morning, who was trying to cover the breakfast area and the desk.

stayed here for a friends wedding. was really nice and staff was friendly, me and my friend were messing around in the pool a bit and got sternly spoken to by the manager. felt bad, if she is reading this we're sorry we didn't intend on causing any trouble.
