It enjoys a breathtaking view of the sea and of serene tranquility. Priceless is the convenience of reaching the beach on foot and in less than five minutes! Perfect for families or groups of four. Unser Aufenthalt war super, würden jederzeit wieder kommen!Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist wunderschön.Die Gastgeberin war sehr zuvorkommend und hat bei Fragen immer blitzschnell und freundlich geantwortet.Einzig die Parksituation ist mit einem großen Auto etwas schwierig, mit etwas Pech wird man eingeparkt und man kommt nicht mehr durch die engen Straßen.

Wir lieben diesen Ort!

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal dort, der Blick auf das offene Meer ist wunderbar! Die Wohnung ist für unsere Zwecke (Familie, welche Fahrrad fährt) absolut perfekt. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war erneut sehr zuverlässig und der Kontakt sehr freundlich! Vielen Dank!

Wunderbare Familienferien

Wir fühlten uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr zuhause. Der nahe öffentliche Sandstrand und das Städtchen Finale Ligure in der Nähe passten sehr gut zu uns. Wir schätzten, dass wir das Auto einfach stehen lassen konnten und alles Nötige zu Fuss erledigen konnten (ca. 20' Weg). Die Aussicht ist wirklich top, die vielen Treppenstufen lohnen sich... Die Wohnung war sauber und ist praktisch eingerichtet. Das Bad ist halt eher klein und die Küche etwas eng, für Ferien geht das aber tiptop. Für Hobbyköche empfiehlt sich, spezielles Werkzeug mitzunehmen. Der Wind war schuld, dass wir nicht öfter am Abend auf der Terasse sitzen und die fantastische Aussicht geniessen konnten. Die Vermieterin und ihre Schwester waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles in Allem waren wir sehr zufreiden.

Wir waren zum wiederholten Male dort, lieben diesen Ort. Die Terrasse ist wundvoll, man hat aus der Wohnung dauerhaft weitläufigen Blick aufs Meer! Einfach nur schön, vielen Dank!

Besser geht es kaum - Wohnung in sehr ruhiger Gegend direkt am Meer nur wenige Minuten Fußweg zu einem wunderschönen Strand. Von der Terrasse und von den Zimmern hat man eine traumhafte Sicht auf das Meer, den Strand und einen malerischen Turm. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und praktisch eingerichtet, Von der Wohnung sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu Fuß sehr gut zu erreichen, auch Wanderungen können direkt von dort gestartet werden. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und planen wiederzukommen.

Good place, nice old town

Communication was always very quick. Rooms were clean, everything was there. Mircowave would be a nice upgrade to warm up leftover pizza etc. but there is a kitchen so, would be only nice to have. Parking was infront of the main door. Well what else to say, we enjoyed out stay there - with two kids. Balkony - really great view towards the ocean.

La terrazza sul mare

L'appartamento rispecchia l'annuncio ed è fornito di ogni necessità, ben curato e molto pulito. Posizione ideale per una vacanza in pieno relax con una vista veramente mozzafiato. Comodissima per raggiungere la spiaggia e con una bella passeggiata è raggiungibile anche il centro di Finale. Una bella esperienza. Un grazie alla sig.ra Candida per la sua attenzione e gentilezza.

Die Gastgeberin war sehr herzlich reagierte schnell auf anfragen via sms. Die Wohnung war sauber und ist an einer Ruhigen Lage, und 5 Min zur Beach San Donato. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Einzig bequeme Liegestühle fehlten. Peter/Brigitta/Claudia

Sehr gute Ferienwohnung, leider nur über eine sehr schmale Straße (Sackgasse) erreichbar, man sollte gut zu Fuß sein, da einige Treppen zu steigen sind, gute Lage zum anliegenden Strand, Ort Finale ca. 1 km entfernt

Lage, Lage, Lage !

Hervorragende Lage mit Meerblick aus der Terrasse. Vielleicht kleine Küche aber ausreichend. Die Vermieterin hat direkt reagiert auf unsere kleine "Problemchen" 🙂 Ferienwohnung sehr zu empfehlen 😀... Die Wohnung liegt auf der 3. Etage also man muss gute Kondition haben 😉

The perfect apartment in the perfect location

We (group of four) were in the apartment for the second time. Perfect location, we started our mountainbiking trips from the apartment and ended them with a dip in the ocean at the beautiful beach. The apartment features the best terrace you could think of - beautiful views when you wake up or at sunset. To the beach 3min by foot, to the piazza in Finale Marina 5-7min by bike, to Finalborgo 10-15min by bike. This was definitely not our last time in Finale!

Prima Auftenthalt!

Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war reibungslos, vor Ort wurden wir persönlich empfangen. Candida ist supernett, auch im Verlauf unseres Aufenthaltes klappte die Kommunikation sehr gut (z.B. bei Rückfragen zum W-Lan Code sofortige Antwort per SMS etc.). Die Einrichtung ist funktionell, alles war sauber. Ein Highlight ist der Blick aufs Meer, sowohl von der Terasse als auch vom Wohnzimmer und dem kleineren Schlafzimmer blickt man direkt auf den Strand und am Horizont hat man herrliche Sonnenaufgänge. Wir haben es sehr genossen!

Guter Ausgangspunkt für einen Kletterurlaub

Alles war wie beschrieben. Die Lage mit Blick und schnellen Meerzugang, aber auch um Finale Marina und Finalborgo zu Fuß zu erreichen ist klasse. Der eigene Parkplatz ist sehr praktisch, um von dort aus zu den Kletterfelsen zu fahren. Die Wohnung war sauber und gut ausgestattet und die Betten sind sehr bequem.

A wonderful place

We, a couple above the 50ths, have spend one week in this wonderful appartment. That's the south. It's so close to the beach that you can hear the sea - it's so calming and pleasant. We love to swim in the sea, even long distances, and enjoyed the warm sea in Finale Ligure. The the flat is well equipped and the roof terasse is just amazing. Sit there, look over the sea, and enjoy the calmness. Thank's for warm hospitality, great restaurant tips and this ideal place to spend a great time close to a perfect beach. Great for young couples with kids as well! Our kids would have loved it. If you love running, don't forget your running shoes. It's rather great to run the promenade. Best Robert and Sybille

Super Aussicht, sehr leise

Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Jeden Tag gab es einen wunderschönen Sonnenaufgang und danach ein Frühstück auf der Terasse. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
