"It was in terrible condition.The bottom of my feet were black from going barefoot inside our room. The towel bar in the bathroom fell off the wall when I removed a towel. The TV box was bad. The staff originally said we didn't have a reservation but then found it. A window was cracked and held together with tape. We asked for maid service which was done. The bed was left without the bedspread. The staff was very helpful with all of the issues."
