"Property was perfect - great location, great layout and very well equipped. Collecting the keys was very easy. Whole property was perfectly clean.The main area of the site with the shop, cafe, pub, pool, gym and tennis court is a short walk away The beach about 10 minutes away which was idealHighly recommended and will be back!!"

"Stayed in superior beach house at the Bay Filey. Lovely quiet resort a two minute walk down to the beach. Onsite pub and chemist and shop etc. The superior beach house was basically a large lodge style dwelling and we paid an extra £45 to take the dog with us. We had all the mod cons - tvs in all rooms, two on suite bedrooms, can fault the accommodation. Would have liked to stay longer and we will be back. "

"Had a lovely time at Graham's appartment. The location was beautiful, the appartment had everything we needed plus more very homely and comfortable. Communication with Graham was quick and easy nothing was to much trouble. We even stayed a extra night as we loved it that much. We will definitely be booking again in the near future. "A beautiful house, with a spacious and comfortable room - with a massive bath! (We paid extra for the room with a bath and we’re not disappointed.) It was wonderfully peaceful and felt so relaxing. The bed was very soft but we nevertheless slept really well because of the lovely atmosphere, quiet and airiness of the room. Friendly and professional staff. Nice breakfast - they accommodated me being veggie and asking for beans although it was not on the menu. Sadly brought fried rather than poached eggs, but we didn’t mention it at the time as staff had been so good to us already. Loved the coffee, Definitely recommend! "
