Room was very clean and comfortable. Beds very comfortable. Water pressure in shower was good but difficult to control temperature. Water got dangerously hot. But other than that, no complaints. Would stay again.

Kind friendly staff and very quick check in. Had a great stay in one of the King Suite rooms which sported a very comfortable pillow top mattress that's hard to come by in Inns and Motels these days. A very modern bathroom

CHRISTMAS 2022 NIGHTMARE. We had seen previous reviews on the Inn saying it was tired, but hey we were only staying overnight and wouldn’t be occupying the room for too long. Whilst the accommodation is very standard (old), what we found were BED BUGS. Our daughter was bitten extensively. There is not one limb of her body that has not been bitten. Whilst we contacted the Inn and they advised they would spray, no effort was made to reimburse the nights cost or pay for the medical/pharmaceuticals purchased to attend to the bites. WARNING- DO NOT STAY THERE. There are other motels in Wollongong which will be safer to stay at.

The bed was ridiculously soft and sagging in the middle. In desperate need of a new mattress. The water pressure in the shower was poor and either ran scalding hot or cold. The curtain provided limited shielding from light bulbs on the verandah.
