Relaxing and Beautiful

Wonderful stay in a modern, clean, quiet and secure house. Everything is new and well provided for. All you could want. Owners Sandrine and Philippe were lovely and so helpful. Local bakery is excellent and an easy walk to counter the calories of their lovely breads, pastries etc.

A perfect stay

We loved everything about our stay. The house is beautiful, stylish, modern and comfortable. Sandrine and Phillipe have obviously put a lot of thought into making this an ideal holiday home and it is so well equipped. Having the beautiful poil, table tennis and pétanque added to our stay. Communication was fantastic with such responsive and kind hosts. Location was amazing for us as it was quiet and beautiful with gorgeous Figanieres walkable nearby and a great boulangerie en route. We had a perfect stay and are keen to return.

fantastic location and property

Exceptional property, heater pool at Start of March made it all the better. The area is nice and quiet with lots to do within an hours drive, St Tropez and Cannes. There is a fantastic pastry shop within a short walk ilf the property with fresh bread and cakes Monday to Saturday. We have used many villas and this was exceptionally clean. We were surprised at how good the weather was for early March, we would love to visit again mid summer. Owners are great to communicate with, they even helped us with local Vet to get our small dog wormer tablet and paperwork before driving back to Scotland.

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit

Insgesamt überwiegen die positiven Erinnerungen: + herzlicher Empfang von den Gastgebern Sandrine und Philippe, die immer verfügbar, aber dennoch sehr diskret waren. + modern gestaltete Villa, auf eingezäuntem Grundstück mit eigenem Zugang und Tor + großzügiger Terrassenbereich mit hellen Fließen, die sich bei Sonne nicht so stark aufheizen + Poolbereich uneinsehbar, Privatsphäre garantiert + Inneneinrichtung - wenn auch viel von IKEA - sehr zeitgemäß und ansprechend + viel Platz im Wohnzimmer + große, bodentiefe Fenster mit direktem Terrassenzugang. Schiebetüren an der Frontseite lassen sich komplett in der Wand versenken, sodass Wohnzimmer und Poolbereich direkt ineinander übergehen + Haus in ruhigem Wohngebiet, etwas abseits vom Hauptort Figanières. Nach vorne erstrecken sich Felder. + Bäckerei in der Nähe, die zu Fuß erreicht werden kann. Wenige Dinge, die nicht ganz optimal waren: - bei der Gartenpflege und -gestaltung ist Luft noch oben - zu wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten im Wohnzimmer - keine Garderobe - zu wenig Handtuchhalter/-haken in den Bädern - keine Toilettenpapierhalter - Bei der Küchenausstattung fehlen ein paar kleine (Salat-)Schüsseln sowie 1-2 normale Töpfe - Reinigungspauschale, die außerhalb von Fewo zusätzlich bezahlt werden muss Wir konnten am Anreisetag tatsächlich erst um 17 Uhr in die Unterkunft. Einmal gab es für einen halben Tag Stromausfall. Der Rolladen am Hauptfenster war leider in der ersten Woche defekt, bevor er repariert wurde.

Philippe en Sandrine hebben ons vriendelijk onthaald en de nodige rondleiding gegeven.Het huis was prima en een rustige buurt. Het zwembad is zeker een pluspunt alsook de bakker om de hoek.Wel jammer dat je zo moeilijk fietsen kan. Je hebt best een auto nodig om naar andere bestemmingen te gaan.Ook wel fijn dat de tuin helemaal omheind zodat onze hondjes ten volle konden genieten van hun vrijheid.

Wundervoller Erholungsurlaub in Traum-Ferienhaus

Das Haus hat eine sehr hochwertige Ausstattung und die Vermieter sind extrem bemüht alle Fragen so schnell wie möglich zu beantworten. Die Umgebung ist ruhig, am Rande von Figanières in Weinbergen gelegen. Auf dem etwas abgelegenen Gelände befindet sich neben dem privaten, beheizten Pool auch noch eine private Pétanque-Bahn, Platz um Fußball spielen und eine Tischtennis-Platte. Wir waren absolut zufrieden und wollen wieder kommen.

Une très jolie maison au milieu des vignes.

Nous avons passé une semaine merveilleuse! C’était sympa de nager, jouer à la pétanque, et de jouer au tennis de table avec notre famille. Plusieurs endroits accessibles en voiture. Merci à Sandrine et Philippe et à la boulangerie fantastique au coin!

Heerlijk verblijf, rust, schoon en alles in nieuwstaat

Verblijf juli 2023. We werden erg vriendelijk ontvangen door de eigenaar Philippe en Sandrine, met duidelijke uitleg van hoe alles werkt. Het huis is netjes en van alle gemakken voorzien, echt alles is aanwezig (en nieuw!) voor een fijne ontspannen vakantie. Beddengoed, handdoeken voor binnen en bij het zwembad alles is aanwezig en ruim voorhanden. Mijn vrouw zit in een rolstoel en het huis is volledig drempelvrij en heeft 2x walk in showers, kortom ideaal. Ook onze labrador was welkom en de koude vloer (plavuizen) was ideaal tijdens de warme zomerdagen. Ook is het huis helemaal omheind en heeft een elek. bedienbaar hek, dus de hond kon lekker loslopen op het grote perceel. Een verse warme bakker zit om de hoek en de grote Hypermarché's zitten op ca. 15-20 minuten rijden. Dagje strand is ook goed te doen en is op ca. 30 min. rijden (St Aygulf/Fresjus). Ondanks alle negatieve berichtgeving (en recensies) over VRBO en het feit dat ze niet zijn aangesloten bij de ANVR is het ons prima bevallen. Eindschoonmaak is € 200 deze betaalden wij direct bij aankomst. Maar dan kun je de deur ook zo achter je dichtrekken en huiswaarts gaan. Kortom, zeker de aanbeveling waard!

Amazing House

The house is amazing and its amenities are very accommodating. The surroundings are very quiet there is barely a noise during the day or at night which is quite helpful for light sleepers such as me. It was a very relaxing stay and Sandrine and Philippe are amazing hosts supporting us in the search for nice vineyards close to the house. The house is very recommendable for a relaxing holiday.

Traumhafte Woche

Wir, eine vierköpfige Familie mit Hund, verbrachten Anfang August eine traumhafte Woche in dem Ferienhaus. Trotz unser etwas späten Ankunft begrüßten uns Sandrine und Philippe sehr herzlich. Das Haus ist erst eineinhalb Jahre alt und bei 36 Grad Außentemperatur genossen wir die Klimaanlage. Wir verbrachten viel Zeit im tollen Pool, der eine schöne Tiefe und auch schöne Sitzmöglichkeiten hat. Das Poolhaus mit Dusche, Toilette und Waschbecken ist genial. Sportlich betätigten wir uns an der hochwertigen Tischtennisplatte und im Bouledrom. Unser Hund freute sich über das eingezäunte Grundstück. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig, was uns gefallen hat. Ein guter Bäcker ist fußläufig erreichbar. Sandrine und Philippe haben da echt ein Schmuckstück geschaffen.

Heel mooi en nieuw huis

We werden erg vriendelijk ontvangen door de eigenaren. Het huis is netjes, heel mooi en voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt voor een fijne vakantie. Handdoeken voor binnen en bij het zwembad, theedoeken, afwasmiddel etc. Heel fijn en mooi allemaal. Wij hebben er een heerlijke vakantie gehad. De masterbedroom heeft wel een bed wat helemaal in een kom ligt. Je hoeft er niet eens op te liggen om te zien dat dat niet lekker ligt. Wij hebben er daarom voor gekozen de andere slaapkamer te gebruiken en dat was mogelijk omdat we met vieren waren. Een hele vervelende teleurstelling was dat we op het laatste moment te horen kregen dat we of de villa helemaal moesten schoonmaken of een aanzienlijk bedrag eind schoonmaak contant moesten betalen. Het stond niet in de Nederlandse advertentie van VBRO. We hadden geen tijd meer om het huis helemaal schoon te maken dus hebben we maar betaald. Het gaf een vervelend gevoel op de laatste dag van de vakantie.

Modernes Haus

Sehr netter Empfang durch Sandrine und Philippe. Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Super für unseren Hund war der eingezäunte Garten. Wir hatten sehr viel Spaß im Pool, beim Tischtennis sowie beim Pétanque. Äußerst praktisch ist das Poolhaus mit Dusche und WC. Das Haus ist sehr schön und ruhig gelegen. Wir empfehlen es sehr gerne weiter.

Séjour parfait !

La maison et le cadre sont magnifiques ! La maison est très propre et très bien équipée! Nous avons eu un coup de cœur en voyant l’annonce et cela s’est confirmé car la maison est encore mieux en vrai ! Le cadre est calme, reposant. Nous y avons séjourné avec nos enfants de 3 à 11 ans et ils étaient ravis des équipements (piscine, table de Ping Ping, pétanque, netflix). Nous y retournerons dès que possible. Les hôtes étaient très sympathiques ! Sandrine nous a accueillis gentiment une heure avant l’heure prévue et très réactive ! L’emplacement pour visiter la région est parfait entre les gorges et la mer à moins d’une heure.

Toller Urlaub mit Freunden und Hund!

Wir haben zu Viert mit einem kleinen Hund zwei wundervolle Wochen in der top modernen Villa verbracht. Das Grundstück war umzäunt, so dass sich auch der Vierbeiner frei bewegen konnte. Im Haus hat man alle Utensilien vorgefunden, die man benötigt, wobei wir trotz der Jahreszeit fast jeden Tag draußen am Pool verbringen konnten. Insgesamt können wir das Haus absolut weiterempfehlen!!!

Une propriété de grand standing et très moderne dans un environnement magnifique très calme en pleine nature. Rien ne manquait pour passer un beau séjour.
