As well as helping me with my booking mistakes (on the internet) she was a mine of information re Scottish history and the area in general. To add to that, the breakfasts were great, taken in a very relaxing atmosphere and the staff there were great too. The girls who were cleaning the rooms were also friendly and helpful. We would certainly stay again."
