I had high expectations of this hotel since it was expensive ($1,762.00 per night)
It was beautiful looking property but when I stepped into the room I was very disappointed
at how small the room was. There were no space to open my luggage on the floor. It’s about
half the size of standard hotel room. Staffs were proud of their property so no appreciation of guests.
Not worth the money spent and I’ll never stay with Fairmont again
Room and bathroom were clean.

This newly renovated property was absolutely beautiful. The perfect backdrop for my elopement. From the stark beauty of the natural landscape and mountains to the interactive amenities and prime location for hiking trails and walking distance from the Banff Gondola, which opens your eyes up to another level of beauty. The staff were so helpful and lovely and the food was impeccable. 10/10 highly recommend.
