Wide two-bedroom apartment set on two floors with two terraces, ideal for hosting up to 6 persons.



The lower floor is made of a separate kitchenette, a comfortable living room with Tyrolean stove and a double sofa bed, a wide furnished terrace with view and a small bathroom with toilet and basin.



The upper floor comes with two bedrooms, both with a double bed and one with an additional bunk bed. One of those has direct access to the second terrace. On this floor, you will also find a complete bathroom with toilet, bathtub, bidet and basin.



Both terraces look southwards and by being furnished, they offer you the possibility to enjoy your meals by admiring the amazing view on the mountains, the town and on the church of Fiè.



The kitchenette comes with dishwasher, cooking plate, coffee machine, fridge with freezer, microwave, cutlery, dishes, kitchen utensils and much more.



A washing machine is set directly in the apartment.



Towels, linen and wi-fi are provided for free use.

According to recent provincial law this apartment can accommodate a maximum of:



- Adults (from 14 years): 6



- The remaining beds can only be occupied by children up to 13.99 years of age at the time of departure



Please note that this law is subject to strict controls by the competent authority and violation of it results in substantial fines. For this reason, no exceptions will be possible under any circumstances.

This house comes with a wide duplex apartment (set on 2 floors) with two terraces, set in a panoramic location, only a 10 minutes’ walk from Fiè town center away.



For the lovers of hikes and strolls of every difficulty level, the walking path, leading to the town center, runs by just beside the house and the famous lake of Fiè is only a 30 minutes’ walk away. The cableway of the Alpe di Siusi is only 6 kilometers away and you can easily reach it in few minutes by car or by public bus transfer, as the bus stop is located 300 meters from the house.



For passionate golfers, this apartment is in the perfect position as within 5 kilometers you will find the Golf Club S. Vigilio in Siusi, with its magnificent 18-hole golf course.



Winter sports veterans will love this place, as the Alpe di Siusi cableway is only few minutes’ drive away, from where you can reach the famous Dolomiti Superski ski resort, skiing through Val Gardena until to the legendary Sella Ronda. On the Alpe di Siusi you will also find many kilometers of Nordic skiing tracks and you will have the chance to skate on the frozen Fiè lake.



You will also have the chance to visit the Proesels Castle within a few minutes’ drive, revealing the local history from the XVI century.

Some houses have remote check-in at the house with code access, we ask you to contact us about this at least 48 hours in advance to check if the house you have booked is among them.

Check-Out: In person from 8:00-9:00 at MUSE.holiday office in Via Arnaria 9A, Ortisei (except houses with code access)

Not all houses allow pets. To avoid misunderstandings, we ask you to inform us by separate mail if you intend to bring them with you. In houses where pets are allowed, there is a surcharge of € 15.00 / animal / night. Baby cot, high chair and cot rail are available for a fee and must be booked in advance.

Check-In after 7 p.m. only possible with prior notification by 6 p.m. day of arrival and upon submission of required documents and payment of tourist tax + extras by credit card for check-in

Heating is on from October to April (during this period the heating is not on if the outside temperature exceeds 15°c or if the inside temperature reaches or exceeds 21°C)

Charging of electric vehicles or other storage devices not permitted, unless otherwise stated in the advertisement. If allowed, it is available only after reconfirmation by MUSE.holiday and at a variable extra cost.

In case of wasted electricity, gas or other utilities there is an additional cost (e.g.: lights on all day in the absence of guests, heating running with open windows).

It is duty of the guests to open the windows at least twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening, for at least 5 minutes each, to let humidity exit the apartment and avoid mold formation. If this rule is not respected and mold is found upon departure of the guests, costs to restore the apartment integrity will apply.

Due to the geographical location, Wi-Fi may be interrupted or slowed down, so this service is not always guaranteed.

The house is not equipped with foodstuffs such as cooking spices or various consumables such as shampoo, soap, etc... Any consumables present are intended only as a welcome kit and will not be refilled during your stay.

The payments required to enter the flat are the tourist tax + pre-authorization through SWIKLY of the security deposit by credit card of 500€.

If not previously agreed, the physical keys, the benefit card and other accessories provided at check-in are to be returned to the MUSE.holiday office in Via Arnaria 9A in Ortisei, otherwise 50€ will be charged for key collection.

The final cleaning amount covers a standard cleaning only. It does not include the washing of the dishes and the removal of trash from the apartments to the indicated spots. Therefore, excessively dirty apartments, dishes not washed, and trash not removed will be amended with a variable extra fee, basing on the entity of the working hours surplus.
