"Wir hatten tolle 10 Tage in der Villa Mucera. Die Vermieterin hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und sich während unserem Aufenthalt erkundigt ob alles in Ordnung ist. Das Haus, der Garten und der Pool waren super sauber und alles wie auf den Bildern! Der Pool wurde während unseres Aufenthaltes auch nochmals gereinigt. Die Küche war voll ausgestattet, sogar mehr vorhanden als erwartet (die Kinder haben den Sandwichmaker gefeiert)! Auch das Auschecken war super und die Endabrechnung wurde mit uns...

"Contacted property owner weeks before arrival via the app : no answer. Contacted the day before arrival : nothing. On the day of arrival tried to reach by phone : number is not valid. Customer service in the app notified me 5 times that my case is urgent, but no real action took place.
