"I stayed here with my family and we were fairly shocked regarding the service we received throughout our stay. First of all, I counted 18 hairs in the bathtub when checking into our room, the bathroom clearly hadn’t been touched. My family and I had booked 4 rooms at the hotel. We all noticed that none of our rooms had been ‘restocked’ when they had been cleaned. For example, no cups or amenities around the kettle biscuits, tea/ coffee, sugar etc were replaced. "As listed, getting to this property was an undertaking. If you intend to relax and enjoy solitude and epic scenery, then this is the place for you. If you intend to use it as a base for exploring Snowdonia and northern Wales (as was our intent), then you may find the remoteness a hindrance.
