We stayed as a one night stopover. The bed was so comfortable and cozy. We are evening meal in the hotel and the chicken burger with curried mango chutney in a light and crispy bun with fries is amazing I would go back just for this burger.

Good location, great value.

Only disappointment was that the restaurant was closed and there is no option nearby. Had to drive ten mins (after a long journey) just to get snacks from a shop in Limoges. On the plus side, staff were excellent and breakfast good value (€9) and first class.

There was no hot water when we needed to shower on Subday morning The breakfast was not as comprehensive as we have experienced on previous visits. The dinner on Saturday was spoiled by totally ununder cooked beef

Only on the day of arrival i recived a text message to say the restaurant will be closed for the duration of our stay. This meant we had no where to meet and dine with our other friends staying there. We had to taxi to a supermarket to get food and snacks for the room and then the cleaners did not clean our room as they said it was "too messy" and tried to charge us £20/day cleaning fees which we did not pay as our room was not at all left in a state! The hotel is basic. Some of the staff in reception did do their best to help us. I would suggest informing guests that the restaurant is closed before day of arrival.

On arrival the receptionistwas very unfriendly. We eere asked if we wanted to pay 11 euros each for breakfast (a croissant and slice of cheese) and we said we would skip it. The receptionist was not happy with this! (Mcdonalds 2mins down the road btw). First room toilet wouldnt flush and then within 5 minutes of trying to flush something leaked all over the carpet in the room next to toilet. Moved to another room, this one had no air conditioning or a fridge. Dirty curtains. Even though this was just a one night stay while travelling i would avoid this place in the future.

Avec un accueil plus chaleure ce serait mieux !!!

Personnel pro rien à dire mais je suis habituée à être mieux accueillie !!! Un peu froid notamment le personnel masculin …. Repas très correct, petit déjeuner un peu cher pour ce qui est proposé !!!
