In 2020 Guzel Villa offers privacy & plenty of space if you wish to relax and socially distance in a safe environment but have easy access by car to local resorts and amenities.
There are four spacious bedrooms, 3 first floor bedrooms have balconies and the second floor bedroom has a private roof terrace with recliners, which is not overlooked.
There is a terrace area at pool level with dining table and chairs where you can enjoy breakfast and dinner outdoors ,the garden and pool is private with a variety of plants and trees around the property.there is a parking area in front.

Beautiful Villa
We are a family of 4 with 2 teenagers. Julian arranged our transfers and a welcome pack for our arrival. Transfer was excellent. We arrived early hours of the morning so didn’t meet Julian until the next morning. He explained everything to us including where shops were etc. The Villa itself is beautiful with 4 bedrooms 3 Showers and 4 toilets so no queues for the bathroom in the morning. The Villa has everything you need from dvds, games and pool toys. Having our own pool was a godsend as the temperature was very hot whilst we were there. There is air conditioning in every bedroom which was a relief too. We mainly sat outside on the covered patio area which was also lovely. Calis Beach promenade is about a 10 minute walk as is the migros for shopping. There were also 2 pushbikes that we used to get to the shops occasionally which was good.
Julian the host was always available too.
The only thing that was a problem and this is nothing to do with the Villa or host is that the Taxi buttons that are located in the streets around the Villa don’t seem to work. So you have to walk to Calis beach (or flag a taxi down if you see one) to get a Taxi. This may be a problem for the less mobile. You can call a number which is by the Taxi button but I never have any call data whilst in turkey only a Wi-Fi box.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this Villa to anyone and we will hopefully return at some point.

Lovely villa, good location. Excellent property management
The villa was very clean and very well equipped with everything we needed. The property manager was so helpful, organised transfers and a welcome pack as we arrived late at night. He kindly went through everything thoroughly and there was also a handy pack in the villa with relevant information. I would totally recommend this villa and company and we hope to be back soon.

Excellent Holiday
From the moment we booked this villa everything went very well. Communicating with Julian was easy and he always responded very quickly. He organised transfers, a welcome pack and was there to meet us on arrival and gave us lots of information.
The villa was lovely with plenty of space and a well equipped kitchen. We made good use of the outdoor space and lovely pool area. It was a short walk (less than 10 minutes) to a number of supermarkets, bars and restaurants.
Overall an excellent holiday and we would definitely return to this villa.

Nice villa and great location
We stayed for 3 weeks at this villa and it was nice and relaxing. Even though the villa is close to the main strip and beach it was in a peaceful location and only 5 to 10 minutes walk to everything.
Villa was nice and clean, with plenty of room.
Julian was available if and when needed and any problems were sorted immediately.
Had a lovely time at this villa and would recommend to others.

Beautiful Villa
A lovely house on the outskirts of Fethiye just by Calis Beach. Julian is a perfect host who made us feel very comfortable. A very large house, which easily accommodates a family of five. The neighborhood is very chilled with lots of restaurants to eat at. The cycle track to Fethiye is perfect. Oludinez is only a taxi ride away. Great place to stay

Fantastic property and location
Property is just excellent, clean, spacious and equipped with everything you could possibly need. Pool is superb and is cleaned every day. Property manager Julian is brilliant with very prompt communication and resolves any issues immediately. We had 2 issues that did not affect our stay but they were resolved within 24 hours. Location is just a 10 minute walk to the beach and a huge array of lovely bars and restaurants. Would highly recommend this property and wouldn’t hesitate to rebook when returning to The area. 6 adults ranging from 61 to 19.
