Alles sehr stark renovierungsbedürftig. Es war sehr kalt als wir dort waren, eine elektrische Heizung war an die Wand aufgehängt, hätten damit einheizen wollen, nur war keine Steckdose in der Nähe wo man hätte anstecken und dann heien können.

Österreichische Gastlichkeit wie vor 30 Jahren
Man kennt AI Konzepte aus dem Süden, dort sind Zeiten und Vielfalt meist ausgedehnter, jedoch ist es am Maltschacher See Österreichische Gastlichkeit/Geschmack usw. AI mit gutbürgerlicher Küche von hier. Alle zuvorkommend und freundlich. Energieeffizienz sollte langsam auch hier ein Thema werden (75 Watt Glühbirne am Zimmer ist schon länger nicht mehr Stand der Erkenntnis, PV könnte auf den riesigen Dächern mal langsam begonnen werden. Ja es ist 3* aus den 90ern, trotzdem erholsam, alle freundlich und das Essen gut, Nebenangebote (Minigolf, Kegeln und so) ok. Beschreibung hat es gut wiedergegeben, wir waren zufrieden!

Alla richiesta di anticipare il check in ci é stato un netto rifiuto e con personale maleducato. Effettuato il check in ci è stato spiegato grossolanamente come funzionava colazione pranzo e cena e i servizi extra. Ci é stato dato un coupon solamente scritto in austriaco. Servizio ristorante mal gestito e poco funzionale. All'interno dell'appartamento poco pulito e non c'era NEMMENO la carta igienica. La mattina della partenza (check out ore 10) alle 8.00 le donne delle pulizie bussavano alla porta esortandoci a lasciare la stanza. Parcheggio semi coperto a pagamento altrimenti il parcheggio gratuito é incustodito e lontano dagli appartamenti. Peccato perché il posto é bellissimo. Non consigliato.

Die Unterkunft ist gut in Schuss, obwohl sie schon älter, schätzungsweise aus den 70rn ist. Man sieht Gebrauchsspuren am Boden und an Geländern, die Sanitäranlagen sollten erneuert werden, die Kochfelder brauchen sehr lange, um sich das Wasser für eine Tasse Tee zu kochen. Nichtsdestotrotz sind die Möbeln und Betten in Apartments völlig in Ordnung, es ist sauber, eine Familie mit zwei Kindern und Hund hat genug Platz. Die Häuser sind in Natur eingebettet, die Anlage ist wunderschön.

Posto splendido per una vacanza. Lago. Beach volley. Tennis. Minigolf. Noleggio e corsi Wind surf e barca a vela. Ore 10 tutti a nanna. Ottimo per famiglie con figli non grandi. Appartamento molto vivibile ma con qualche primavera di troppo.

Die Lage am Maltschachersee ist einmalig! Das Resort ist hervorragend für Kleinkinder geeignet. Das Preis-keistungs-Verhältnis stimmt nicht ganz, es sollte zumindest das Frühstück und ein täglicher kleiner Zimmerservice inkludiert sein.

Das Resort ist, zumindest im nicht renovierten Bereich völlig veraltet und der Sanierungsbedarf entsprechend hoch. Ausstattung und Ambiente wie vor drei Jahrzehnten. WLAN nur im Bereich der Rezeption einfach nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.
