Beautiful villa with private pool just 1.8 km from Cala Marçal beach and 2.6 km from Portocolom. It sleeps 10 guests.
The best plan after an entertaining day at the beach is to cool off in the fabulous chlorine pool that measures 10 x 6 meters and has a depth between 1 and 1.80 meters. You can also sunbathe on the 10 loungers and refresh at the outdoor shower. Later, you can enjoy a delicious barbecue and have a drink on the outdoor sofa at the end of the day. The property is fenced and the privacy is total.

The one-story house features a traditional and cosy style that exudes serenity. The dining room is equipped with satellite TV and a wood stove. The large separate kitchen features a gas stove. The washing machine, iron and ironing board are also located here. The sleeping area offers 5 bedrooms, two with twin beds and 3 with a double bed. Two of them also have an en suite bathroom with shower. There are another 2r bathrooms in the house, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. Lastly, we can provide you with a cot and a highchair if you are travelling with your baby and there are 6 fans available.

The villa is located in a quiet area of the countryside but only 1.8 km from Cala Marçal, a beautiful beach with white sand and turquoise waters. Portocolom is also very close, just 2.6 km away and there you will find all the necessary services for an independent stay such as supermarkets, bars, restaurants, etc. Not far away you find Cala d'Or with its characteristic white houses and great atmosphere. Another day you can visit the Mondragó Natural Park or play golf at the Vall d'Or course.

The house is eco-friendly, runs on solar panels and its water supply comes directly from its own well.

Beautiful villa, fabulous pool and outside space, we loved it, thank you! The nearby beach and restaurants were lovely and only a short drive if you want more shopping etc in Cala d’Or. (10 to 15 minutes) We hired a car so it was easy to get to local supermarkets and beaches and always managed to park, only a 5 minute drive.

Lovely stay

Great outdoor sitting / eating / lounging areas. Very pretty round pool etc. Lots of space inside, nice well equipped kitchen. Not too much hot water...no big deal but impacted dishwashing, central burner on hob didnt' work properly - generator made noise in morning. On arrival limited stock of toilet paper / dishwasher tablets etc a minor irritation. However, overall very satisfied. Lovely place

Vielen Dank für einen schönen Aufenthalt

Vielen Dank für einen schönen Aufenthalt in einer gut ausgestatteten und gut gepflegten Finca. Die Ausstattung ist ganz genau so wie in der Beschreibung angegeben. Es gab genug Geschirr und alle möglichen Kochutensilien, wie Bretter, Messer, Töpfe, Pfannen und Schüsseln aller Art. Die Badezimmer sind in einem vernünftigen guten Zustand. Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine und Kühlschrank mit gefrierfach Kombination funktionieren einwandfrei. Einen besonderen Dank nochmals dafür, dass wir am Abreisetag länger in der Finca bleiben konnten. Dieses hat unseren Urlaub fast um einen gesamten Tag in Ihrer Finca verlängert. Wir sind dann erst um 17:00 zum Flughafen aufgebrochen und konnten alles sehr viel bequemer machen. Vielen, vielen Dank dafür! Besonders die Große Anzahl von Sitzplätzen und Sitzmöglichkeiten Außerhalb des Gebäudes auf der Terrasse und am Pool haben uns sehr gefallen. Je nach Sonnen oder eher Schattenliebe oder ob man auch mal in Ruhe allein mit seinem Buch sitzen wollte, konnte man hier immer etwas finden. Der Sitzbereich am Pool mit dem Grill hat mir dabei besonders gut gefallen. Das Poollicht war anfangs defekt Es wurde aber nach völlig unkomplizierter Meldung per EMail sehr schnell und für uns völlig unkompliziert repariert. Die Zeitschaltuhr wurde ausgetauscht. Aber ich will auch klar sagen, dass es schnell gelöst wurde und alles sehr unkompliziert repariert wurde. Die gesamte Kommunikation war schnell und unkompliziert. Wir bewerten unseren Aufenthalt bei Ces Planetes absolut positiv und würden die Finca auch sehr gerne wieder nutzen, wenn es uns wieder mit Freunden nach Mallorca führt. Mit entspannten Grüßen nach einem schönen Urlaub Stephan Petersen

Das richtige Haus für Menschen die im Urlaub Ruhe und Entspannung suchen, die aber auch einen kurzen Weg ( 5 Minuten ) zur Badebucht haben möchten. Haus und Garten strahlen eine Gemütlichkeit aus. Der Pool wurde immer gereinigt. Kleine Defekte wurden sofort behoben. Empfehlenswert für Familien , sogar mit Baby und Hund.
