Beautiful, newly renovated apartment with 2 balconies for 4 people, make your holiday the most beautiful time of the year. Ideal for a family with 1-2 children. 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bathroom with shower and washing machine. The east-facing balcony invites for coffee at sunrise. On the large roof terrace facing south-west you can enjoy the sun from lunchtime to evenings and lazing wonderfully. Both balconies have electric awnings. From the large living room with TV, dining table for 6 people, it goes into the half-open fully equipped kitchen. W-Lan, towels and bed linen are included in the price.

Tolle Wohnung
Sehr schöne große Wohnung mit einer tollen Terrasse. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und können Sie absolut weiterempfehlen. Ein Auto oder E-Bikes sind empfehlenswert, weil man vor Ort nicht einkaufen kann.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und ganau das, was wir als Familie brauchen. Durch die optimale Lage der Wohnung können alle Punkte auf der Insel gut und in kurzer Zeit erreicht werden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden bestimmt wieder kommen.

Sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung
Wir waren zum ersten Mal und zu zweit lür eine Woche auf Fehmarn. Die Ferienwohnung ist mit ihren zwei Balkonen sehr schön und sehr gut ausgestattet. Uns hat nichts gefehlt. Für unsere Fahrräder stand ein abschließbarer Schuppen zur Verfügung, was sehr praktisch war. Man sollte unserer Meinung nach auf jedenfall Fahrräder mitbringen oder ausleihen. Das Radwegenetz ist gut ausgebaut, und zum Wandern ist Fehmarn unserer Meinung nach etwas eintönig. Wir haben uns bei bestem Wetter innerhalb einer Woche alle sehenswürdigen Orte auf Fehmarn mit dem Fahrrad "erfahren".

Schöner Urlaub - moderne, wirklich sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung
Vielen Dank! Wir haben unseren Familienurlaub mit 2 Kindern in dieser sehr geschmackvoll möblierten und dekorierten Wohnung sehr genossen. 2 Balkone und Gasgrill, gutes W-LAN, guter Fahrradabstellplatz im Schuppen, toller Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in alle Himmelsrichtungen. Meerblick konnten wir aufgrund des Baumwuchses in der Ferne (2-3 km zum Meer) nicht erkennen. Die beauftragte Betreuerin scheint mehrere Objekte gleichzeitig zu betreuen. Sie war schwer erreichbar und hatte wenig Zeit. Aus unserer Sicht kann man einen gewischten Boden erwarten, wenn man auch selbst für eine Endreinigung zahlt. Staubsaugerbeutel war voll und der Sauger dem Wohnungsstandard nicht angemessen, Toipapier fehlte. Kann man klar mitbringen bzw. kaufen, aber dann bitte nicht aufführen. Ansonsten alles top und netter Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin selbst im Vorfeld. Könnten wir wärmstens empfehlen und würden wieder kommen!
