"Hôtel is quirky with some great art pieces! Reception staff were nice and polite, the cleaning staff were excellent and changed bedding and towels everyday! Room was lovely but had thin walls. Bed was comfortable and the AC/room temperature was set just right! Breakfast had plenty of choice for a Continental breakfast, lots to choose from! A few nice cafes/bars with in a couple of minutes walks and the metro is maybe five minutes away!"

"We were really impressed with the hotel. They upgraded our room. The bar stuff was fantastic- friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and great variety including lovely cheeses and smoked salmon. Definitely recommend this hotel. "

"Yeah, unfortunately, had a really horrible experience here. It may be partly due to the way they categorize rooms, but it didn’t work out for my disabled mom and my 20-year-old son at all. My messages were ignored and they ended up having to leave the hotel after their first night out of three because their basic advanced request of needing beds rather than one double (for obvious reasons) could not be accommodated. One refund was offered. Super disappointed"
