The University Of Arkansas, Fayetteville Square, acclaimed trails, restaurants, craft brew pubs, food trucks, shopping, and live music are all a short walk away!

Guest Access:
You will have a reserved parking spot in the parking garage attached to The Dickson building. The parking garage entry height is 7'3. A fob will be provided to access the building. A code will be provided to access the condo. Additional parking for the unit can be found on lower levels of the parking garage at the expense of the guest. Guests can pay using parking garage meters found near the double doors on the 2nd and 3rd floor. Mail - If you plan on receiving any mail or packages during your stay, please have it sent to the nearest USPS office. We are not able to coordinate mail or packages at this unit.

Other Things to Note:
This unit is located on Dickson Street. Noise can sometimes be an issue, as with any place located on Dickson Street. There is also a train that runs through the center of downtown Fayetteville. The train crossing is located directly next to The Dickson building. Because of this, there is a train horn that sounds occasionally during the day and sometimes at night. We have stocked the condo with a noise machine in hopes to help with any possible disturbances!

Cancelation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 30 days before check in will receive a 100% refund minus a nonrefundable 3% charge to cover credit/debit card processing fees. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before check in will receive a 50% refund minus a nonrefundable 3% charge to cover credit/debit card processing fees. No refunds will be processed within 14 days of check in.
Pre-Check In Requirements: As a professional vacation rental company, we do require our guests to upload an acceptable government-issued photo ID for additional identity verification and sign our terms & conditions agreement on our guest portal, which is where you will be able to view your check in instructions upon completion of pre-check-in requirements. If you are booking a reservation for someone other than yourself, we do need the contact information of the guest(s) who will be staying at the property.

Nice atmosphere and has all amenities. It is in a great location in downtown. Yes it was loud Friday and Saturday night from all that was going on outside but they do have it setup with earplugs, fans and sound machine to help. Host was helpful and responsive. Could use a few updates in the bathroom, but overall a great stay!
The beauty of this condo was spectacular! It was extremely clean and ready for our arrival. Location was perfect for walking to the campus or on Dickson Street. We will be booking this condo again!
The location was perfect. Walking distance to the stadium and all the restaurants/barts. Decor was really cool and we had a great time. Parking was right in front of the entrance which is paramount when you are traveling to visit your college age kids with a 3 year old. Pizza place on the first floor was awesome. You get what you pay for and we could have stayed somewhere less expensive but the location and ease being able to walk to everywhere was well worth it!!
The check in instructions were easy to follow. Using an outside link complicated things. I forgot my phone in the VRBO and we couldn’t get back inside because the door code was on my phone. We were able to contact VRBO for assistance and they were able to send us the outside link for the property on a family members phone so we could get the code and get back inside. Communication with the property manager was friendly.
Great property, great location. The only critic I have is the bed in the master bedroom sinks into the center of the mattress like a V. Bed was a bit uncomfortable.
The location couldn’t have been better. We came up for a basketball game on Friday and Dickson on Saturday, and it was such a gift to leave our car in the garage and walk everywhere. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had a great vibe. We especially loved sitting out on the balcony for some fresh air.I also have to say… I messed up our booking twice, and they were incredibly kind both times. The second mistake was the week of our trip, and they still worked with us so graciously. We were lucky they had availability and even more grateful for how they handled it. I would absolutely stay here again.
Great location! Walking distance from the nightlife on Dickson and the Fayetteville town square. As a woman traveling alone, I especially appreciated the safe, yet easy access to the building and reserved parking in the garage.
Will strongly consider going back. Loved having the reserved & sheltered parking space, the convenient way of checking in & out, & the proximity of the unit.
This is the second time I have stayed in the Lux--it is perfect for one person or another like my daughter who stayed one night on the twin daybed. It can be a little noisy so the sound machine was appreciated and they might want to add another for the daybed area. The host was nice enough to include K-cups and a bottle of Josh wine. The best part of this place is the location, security, and parking spot. I would stay here again.
Amazing location. The only knock and I mean only knock was that they are doing construction next door. So from 9am to 5pm it’s nothing but air chisel noises. But I’m sure they will be done soon
,Great place if you don't feel you need to cook. Get sandwich items or eat in numerous restaurants nearby.
Bed was comfy for one, but with 2 people somebody is going to be crawling over someone to get out, or I guess you might see this as a plus :).
Note: On VRBO Amenities it says it has a fireplace. anagement told me when I called it is a "Non-working fireplace". I booked with the plan of using the fireplace so this was a disappointment, but not enough to ding them from a 5 star rating.
As for noise, take you own White Noise machine. You might need a better machine than they provide. You will be sleeping right on Dickson Street
Vert good location. Walk to restaurants, Walton Arts Center, University of Arkansas. But the trade off is outside noise, until midnight at least on weekends.
