The property has 2 private parking spaces and a private deck with sitting area and private entrance. The apt has an open floor plan with bedroom living and kitchen area. Bathroom has a walk in, tiled shower, pedestal sink, toilet and washer/dryer. This cozy little gem is just a block away from Dickson Street. We were in town for a concert at George’s Majestic and felt comfortable walking around late at night. The streets/parks were well lit. The property has everything you need for a stay. The bathroom is small but well equipped and squeaky clean. The bed and linens are very comfortable. There are many windows without coverings so the morning light will wake you up - if that’s not your thing, bring a sleeping mask. You do have privacy though and the location is very peaceful. We will be returning.
