Staff was simply amazing, friendly and informative. Felt disheartened for the team to be at a higher level than what property conditions were at. Moldy and Musky smell, carpet was old, torn and slightly damp in the room around the bathroom area. Needs to have a major remodel

Stopped in looking for a place to sleep after a long day of driving. Our room had several stains on the floor and on the bedding. Many rooms were sold out for a basketball tournament which didn’t leave many options. Didn’t want to take my shoes off and slept on top of the covers. Was hands down the dirtiest holiday inn I’ve been too.

The room has two very comfy king size beds and a small living room with a sofa bed Breakfast is included and it’s near Arkansas University. Convenient for one night

A lot of confusing construction work around property is difficult. Did not mention when booking. Was difficult to understand and drive around when trying to find hotel.

It is old and not well maintained. The hallway smells. The elevator feels unsafe. We stayed multiple nights and requested that our room be serviced. It was not, and they showed no concern that they did not do their jobs. We travel regularly, but we will not return to Holiday Inn.

Great experience
The property and hotel was clean and well kept. Coffee and hot chocolate was available until late night which was wonderful when it was bone chilling could out. It was a lovely stay.
