  • Just steps from the Fayetteville Square, our Center Street condo is the perfect location for enjoying the city. The Square has everything to offer: shopping, restaurants, nightlife, and the Farmer's Market on Saturdays! The condo comes with a designated parking spot in a covered garage right across the street!

    Our one bedroom condo offers open concept living room/dining room/kitchen with almost 1000sq feet of downtown space! We have a California King size bed, a bathtub/shower combo, and updated appliances with a 5 stove electric burner and double ovens! We also have 2 ice makers in our refrigerator. You’ll find everything you need to enjoy your day in beautiful Fayetteville!

    We offer YouTube TV, Netflix, and Peacock streaming for our guests to enjoy (TV in the bedroom and living room). We even offer NFL Redzone for the NFL fans.

    Nearby are a multitude of restaurants, shopping, nightlife, and the arts! Feel free to contact the host with any questions or recommendations. Farmers markets on Saturday’s are a must!!
    We have 1 designated covered parking space for guest use during stay

    **There is meter parking on Center Street if you want to park directly out front. $00.50/hr with free nights and weekends. **We are located within the ORA (Outdoor Refreshment Area) for those 21+ to consume alcoholic beverages in designated cups! **There is an external Ring Doorbell camera at the front door that records sound and video with motion activation
