I do believe that the Comfort Inn hotel chain has declined. The room was small and had an odor. I would describe as stall. The room seemed to appear clean and the beds were comfortable, but everytime we entered the room, we were hit with a stall smell. The bathroom has extremely limited counter space, but was clean. The breakfast was sufficient. For the high price we paid for this room for two nights, I would have liked to been able to enjoy the room.

Great location for a trip to The New River Gorge! Very nice staff, clean room and they had a good variety of breakfast foods available. Would not hesitate to recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

We like everything about this comfort inn… from the cleanliness and free water and coffee. We just wish the young woman at the front desk could be nicer. But the gentleman at the front desk is very friendly and helpful, that young woman can copy him about the nice attitude. The place is very clean! Great job cleaning service!

The beds and pillows were very comfy. Some of the best we've experienced and the hotel was immaculate. The woman at the front desk was very friendly and provided us with an excellent place to eat, Cafe One Ten. Great burgers and fries!

The hotel was clean. There was always an employee available and all of them were very nice. I had no issues checking in or out. The free breakfast was great! The room & bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows. I had absolutely no issues. It located close to lots of restaurants and stores.
