Enjoyed our stay at this house — the location was close to the square and Dickson street and easy to find. Had plenty of space for four adults, two kids, and a baby. Very clean and exactly as described in the listing. Thanks for the great stay!
This is a great prop in a great location! In town visiting our Razorbacks and there is plenty of room for us, their friends, and our dog. The house is clean and the backyard and deck are excellent! Easy check in and check out.
This was just the right spot for a springtime visit with my family. Proximity to my daughter and granddaughter was all I needed. The house easily accommodated me and two friends. The beds were very comfy! A Robin had made a nest in the wreath on the front door and laid six beautiful eggs. The management company agreed to find a way to protect the little nest from further disturbance, so I’m a happy birder!
We enjoyed our stay. The home was cozy and neat. Close to UofA and near several fast food restaurants. Great view from balcony and has fenced in back yard for kids or pets. Simple check in and checkout process. Responsive property manager.
Would stay again!
We thoroughly enjoyed the house. It was a clean property, good location and management was easy to work with. We appreciated the coffee pods to get us started. The space is nice, the bathrooms were well appointed and very clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The only thing that was a bummer is that there is very little seating, especially for a family of 6. We could not all sit together for meals or in the living room space. Otherwise, it was perfect!
Two couples, one with a toddler and one with a small dog returning to Fayetteville to see our family for Christmas time. We chose this property because of the excellent location, fair price, dog friendliness, and fenced yard. Excellent communication about how to check in and what would be provides. We had nearly everything we needed, it was honestly much more well equipped than similar properties I've stayed in. Lots of extra blankets and pillows for NWA winter. They even had a Christmas wreath up! Could use a bit more lamps inside and some more nightstands but was extremely comfortable and lovely for a family holiday.
The property was spacious and had “the start” of everything you need for a 4 night stay. Nice deck … wish we could have enjoyed it but temps were in 30’s in evening. Washer, dryer (full size), dishwasher. Comfortable beds … we drove so we brought our own pillows and glad we did, they furnished hair dryers(2), shampoo, conditioner and body wash (all full size ), Roku on tv. We had a small incident with the coffee maker but the property manager had a very nice Keurig delivered the following morning as a replacement. Location was perfect to access many points in Fayetteville . This is a dead end street so when you pull out on to College St…. Best to turn right for safety. The First Watch & Buttery Biscuit restaurants are just down the street for a good breakfast but go early. Felt the property management was very responsive . We would stay again.
One of the nice things we noticed was there was no “instruction book” listing all the “honey do’s” we were required to do before we left ……such as
wash your towels and wash your own dishes before you leave and take all your trash out (like a select few other management firms do). We appreciated not having a laundry list of “honey do’s “ before we left as that is what we felt we had paid all “the service fees” for.
Nevertheless we did those things to be polite.
Hope this helps .
The house was great! Very clean, comfy beds, nice local, and management was great! Will definitely stay here again! Also, our dog loved the big backyard!
We stayed here with our teenage son and dog. It’s very close to the University campus. beds were comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed. Backyard was perfect for dog, securely fenced too!
We’d stay here again for sure.
Came to celebrate a birthday in Fayetteville with friends and this house was an excellent place to stay for that occasion. Very short ride to Dickson street and near lots of fun things to do.
My husband and I visited from Hot Springs and rented this wonderful home. It was extremely well stocked and clean! The decor is adorable and practical. There is a large dog door that my dogs used and the yard was perfect! We will definitely be back. The home is even more cozy than the pics!
We got a call while we enroute to our rental property that the property was double booked and that the other group had already checked in. We had reserved this property for the University of Arkansas parents weekend on March 11 and we ended up having to stay in a less than desirable motel instead of in this property because everything in the area was booked. Our initial indication that something was wrong was the text that mentioned that our payment couldn't be found because the system was down. I searched and found proof of payment and then I got a call from someone else- I believe it was the property owner - that the property was double booked. During this conversation we were told that it was up to us to find other accommodations. The woman that we spoke with offered us no assistance except to look on another rental platform and send us links to properties over a half hour away. She told it was our responsibility to negotiate any accommodations and that she would not help us or compensate us for our inconvenience or for any added expenses. We were extremely disappointed and upset, especially since we planned this trip months ago!!! We will be expecting a full refund as soon as possible.
